We’re excited to get your order to you as quickly and smoothly as possible! All orders placed on TheonGlobal.com are shipped within the United States — we do not offer international shipping or use any third-party shipping logistics companies.
Processing & Shipping Times

Orders are typically processed within 24–48 hours after being placed.

Orders placed outside of our business hours, on weekends, or holidays will be processed on the next available business day.

Shipping time ranges from 3 to 7 business days, depending on your location.

All orders are shipped via USPS only.

Per USPS policy, a grace period of 15 days must pass from the shipment date before we can file a claim or reship an order.

Unexpected Circumstances: External factors such as extreme weather, natural disasters, or other unforeseen events may cause delays outside our control.

Order Changes or Cancellations
Need to make a change or cancel an order? You’ve got until 10:00 AM CST to request a cancellation. If you miss that window, we’ll do our best to pull the order — but if it’s already shipped, we’ll send you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) so you can return it for a refund.

Backorders & Pre-orders
If an item is on backorder or part of a pre-order, we will fulfill it in the order it was received. We do our best to ship backordered items as soon as possible — but depending on circumstances, please allow up to 30 days for fulfillment.
