New Affiliate Backoffice Update

Effective May 26, 2026 we have implemented a brand new backoffice for our affiliates designed to better support our growing community and improve the overall user experience. 

Please watch the video below for instructions on accessing your new backoffice. 

Step 1: Using the same affiliate email address you have previously used login to our new backoffice through this link --> backoffice.theonglobal.com

Please Note - You'll be prompted to reset your password.

Step 2: Check your email (ensure that you used the same email address associated with your active affiliate.)

Step 3: Once you have received your email, click "Reset Password" and follow the prompts displayed on the screen.
